Returns

 

Returns are easy! We hope you our products as much as we do. We have described them as best we can and with the photos available to us. However, you may return any item under the following conditions.
 

  • For returns for any reason, email us within 14 business days for your return instructions.

 

  • We will email you the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form that MUST be included with your return. Items returned without authorization or communication with us will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

 

  • No returns will be accepted after 14 business days.

 

  • Returns cannot be shipped C.O.D.


 

If You are not Fully Satisfied with the Item
Depending on the vendor, some products will have a 20% restocking fee. With some products there is no restocking fee.

The item must be in restockable condition or no credit will be issued to you. The item must be in its original packaging, free from defects and packed securely. Items not meeting this criteria will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

We cannot refund shipping costs.

You must pay the return shipping charges and insure the package for full value in case of loss or damage.

Include your packing list and the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

 

If the Item has been Damaged in Shipment
We will ship a replacement at no extra cost to you. Please keep the packing materials for examination by the shipping carrier and email us a detailed report of the damage.

 

If the Wrong Item was Shipped
You will not have to pay for shipping to return the wrong item or to have the correct item sent to you.

 

If there is a Warranty Issue
Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues.

 


 

   Cancellations
 

There is no fee if an order is cancelled within a 24-hour period.

There will be a $5.00 processing fee for all orders cancelled after a 24-hour period and not yet shipped.

However, if you cancel an order and it has already shipped, you will have to pay the shipping to return it to us and we will then issue a credit for the cost of the item but not the original shipping charge.
