Shipping

Our shipping charges are a flat rate based on amount of sale and are very reasonable. There are no extra shipping/handling charges. Some of our products are shipped free.

Items are shipped US Postal Service and standard ground UPS and FEDEX.

We order/ship to the lower 48 United States and District of Columbia only. We cannot ship to APO/FPO, PMB or P.O. Boxes. We must have a physical street address in order to ship merchandise.

Something To Think About. Even if you find the same product for a lesser price at another site, check their shipping and handling charges. You may find that you save money by ordering from us.

We accept payment through Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your payment is encrypted on a secure server. We do not store your credit card information. We will never, ever sell, rent, trade or give away information about your visit to our sites.
 

Orders are shipped quickly, though not necessarily in the same box or the same shipment. It usually takes 4-10 business days for delivery, not counting weekends and holidays.
 

We will notify you if an item is back-ordered and if it cannot be shipped within 30 days. You will have the opportunity to continue waiting or request a refund.
 

We will notify you if an item is out-of-stock and we will refund that portion of your order.
 

If a package is returned to us due to either refusal, not available after third attempt or buyer providing the wrong address, we will charge you an additional 20% restocking fee plus the freight charge back to our warehouse. To avoid this, please make sure you have given us the correct address and phone number so we can contact you if there is a problem in delivery.
